This bootcamp is for you if you’re interested in starting a new workout routine you can do at home, on the road, or in person. This series will be a resource for people ready to build a foundation for their physical fitness journey.
Making it every day of this bootcamp is one of the challenges! It is not required or expected that you attend every day. Show up for yourself. If you want to introduce a new routine, pace yourself. Decide what you can commit to today, and work towards being consistent at that for 30 days. Take note of the changes, reassess the bigger goal, and decide again what you can commit to. Setting the intention, holding yourself accountable, and taking incremental actions to lean forward into your goal leads to personal success.
